At the moment, the only restrictions are for those that pertain to your tribe. Write them down while you are creating your character so you remember which backgrounds you are excluded from.

Again I have to stress this......

Please make sure you are aware what backgrounds your tribe are not allowed. It will save te Admins and players a lot of trouble.
